This workshop will provide an overview of the Title IX complaint process under the governing 2020 regulations. It will cover required school policy definitions, including of Sexual Harassment; what constitutes Notice to Schools/Notice to Parties; Roles of T.IX Coordinator & Team Members; the Grievance Process & Procedures, including due process issues; and Training Mandates.
