This workshop will provide an overview of the Title IX complaint process under the governing 2020 regulations. It will cover required school policy definitions, including of Sexual Harassment; what constitutes Notice to Schools/Notice to Parties; Roles of T.IX Coordinator & Team Members; the Grievance Process & Procedures, including due process issues; and Training Mandates.
The workshop will also provide a preview of anticipated 2023 amendments to the regulations.

Principals, Title IX Coordinators & Team Members, Teachers, Human Resource personnel, School Resource Officers, School Business Officials, Athletic Directors, School Committee members, and anyone else involved in the T.IX process.
