This presentation will be an overview of OSHA’s recordkeeping requirements and is intended for audiences that require a thorough understanding of the regulation. We will cover the recording and reporting requirements as well as common mistakes made by employers. Incentive and disincentive programs will also be covered as well as tips on how an employer can effectively audit their recordkeeping program.
