Take our 8-week course, with 75-minute sessions, to learn techniques that will help you better manage and cope with stress, such as: breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation, food and mood, reshaping negative thoughts, yoga and much more. Each week is an ever-increasing journey to experience calm, clarity and connectedness. The program instructor is certified yoga therapist.
