Yoga is a safe, low-impact exercise that has been practiced for thousands of years. Our program runs 6 to 8 weeks with 60-minutes sessions. Each class incorporates stretching, focused postures, controlled breathing and meditation. Yoga improves flexibility, strength and posture...in addition to reducing tension and stress. All levels of fitness are welcome. The program leader is a certified yoga instructor.
Wellness Tip: Yoga can help reduce risk factors for chronic diseases, such as heart disease and high blood pressure. It might also help alleviate depression, pain, anxiety and insomnia.
